Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at info@alegrianewmexico.com. All cancellations and reschedules requested MORE than 24 hours before the booking will be refunded 100%. All cancellations and reschedules requested LESS than 24 hours before the booking will be charged 100% of the total booking cost. No shows will be charged 100% of the total booking cost. Reschedules will be accepted based on venue availability.
